“The goal is not simply to file bankruptcy. The goal is to solve the financial problem. And although there is rarely a perfect solution to a serious financial problem, I focus on identifying and implementing the best possible solution.”
– David S. Neinchel
Meet David S. Neinchel
David S. Neinchel has more than a decade and a half of bankruptcy experience and has represented individuals and businesses in hundreds of bankruptcy cases, contested matters, and financial disputes throughout San Diego and Southern California.
With a background in law, finance, and real estate, David looks beyond simply whether a client can file bankruptcy. He earned a bachelor's degree in Business with an emphasis in Financial Services and, before becoming an attorney, worked in residential and commercial real estate and held a California real estate broker's license. This combination of legal, financial, and real estate experience helps him evaluate a client's overall financial situation, available legal options, and practical alternatives to determine the best path forward.
Clients work directly with David throughout their case. He believes clients should understand their options, know what to expect, and have direct access to the attorney handling their matter. His approach emphasizes practical advice, responsive communication, careful preparation, and helping each client make informed decisions about the best way to address their financial situation.
